A small ESP32 IoT module connects to your devices and securely transmits usage data to the cloud. Your private dashboard displays all activity in real time.
Smart SMS Alerts
Receive timely, automated notifications when health events need your attention. All alerts are configurable and completely optional.
Glucose High Alert
Triggered when a blood glucose reading exceeds your configured threshold (e.g., above 180 mg/dL).
Glucose Low Alert
Triggered when a reading falls below your configured threshold (e.g., below 70 mg/dL).
Glucose Reading
Sent each time a new blood glucose reading is recorded, if you have enabled this alert.
Device Inactivity
Sent when a device has not been used within your configured time window (e.g., no insulin in 12 hours).
Device Usage
Triggered instantly when a specific device is removed from or returned to its cradle, so you know the moment supplies are in use.
Sample Messages
How You Opt In to SMS
SMS messages are only sent to users who have explicitly opted in. Consent is voluntary, specific to each alert type, and can be revoked at any time.
Create an account
You are invited by the administrator. There is no public sign-up.
Enter your phone number
Navigate to My Alerts and voluntarily provide your mobile number. This is separate from account creation.
Enable SMS per alert
For each alert rule, manually check the SMS checkbox. It is unchecked by default — you must actively choose it.
Opt out any time
Reply STOP to any message, remove your phone number, or disable SMS on your alerts.

Message Frequency & Rates
Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the alert rules you configure and your actual device usage and glucose readings. Each alert has a configurable cooldown period.
Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You can also disable SMS alerts within the application at any time.
