These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GlySteady and its SMS alert notification service. By using the application and enrolling in SMS notifications, you agree to these terms.
Program name: GlySteady SMS Alerts
GlySteady is a personal health monitoring application that tracks the usage of diabetic medical devices (lancet, test strips, insulin pen, and glucose reader) and blood glucose readings via connected IoT sensors. Users may opt in to receive SMS alert notifications for events such as blood glucose readings outside a configured threshold, or when a device has not been used within a specified time period.
SMS notifications are sent only to phone numbers that users explicitly enter in the application and only for alert rules that users configure themselves.
Message frequency varies based on the alert rules you configure. Each alert rule has a configurable cooldown period to limit repeat notifications. You may receive multiple messages per day if multiple alert conditions are met. You are in full control of which alerts are active and how frequently they can fire.
Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are delivered via your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
To stop receiving SMS alerts at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will receive no further messages. You may also disable or delete alert rules directly within the application.
To re-enable SMS alerts after opting out, log in to the application and re-enter your phone number in the My Alerts section.

Your phone number and personal information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio, Inc. solely to transmit your alert messages. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
